Summary: survey_aggregate() doesn't return failure if copy fails
Initial Comment:
In survey_aggregate(), questions are copied within a loop by calling survey_copy_questions(). However, the return value from survey_copy_questions() is not checked for failure, leading to inaccurate copy construction. Check for an error return from survey_copy_questions() and return immediately from survey_aggregate() if that occurs.
