Summary: Themes not visible in multi-page surveys

Initial Comment:
Using 1.7.5dev3.

Themes show up correctly in all pages of the TEST sequence.

Themes only show up in the first page of multi-page surveys once 
ACTIVE.

The questions and answers show correctly along with the page 
headers.  Only the Themes are missing in pages 2 and beyond.  
Somehow CSS isn't applying correctly?

I mirrored CVS tonight.

This problem still exists.  I created a new survey to test, as well as cloning 
an existing one.  Anything past the first section break is theme-less once 
active.

I notice that this is not true in the SF demo version.

My changes probably had not moved to the public CVS yet.  SF
is slow to move changes from devel to public CVS.
