Summary: Order doesn't work in 1.6 RC3
Initial Comment:
There is a new bug in RC3, if you add a page break or
change the order of the questions, nothing happens.
With RC2 I hdn't that problem.

Your sessions are probably broken. Go to the system test
page ( .../phpESP/admin/test.php ), and verifty that the
counter incraments correctly. You may need to set the
session.save_path for PHP to shared filespace if you are
using PHP on a load balanced system.
