Summary: Redirect URL on admin General tab
Initial Comment:
Since the code and the database are already set up to utilize a
"thanks_page" field, used to redirect the user after the conclusion
of a survey, I simply added admin UI to access these
fields.
This works as an either/or thing--either you have the
thanks heading and thanks message OR you have the redirect
URL.
