The purge surveys button initiates a permanent and irrevocable
deletion. The user should be prompted one final time before
continuing with the requested operation. Implement a Javascript
confirmation pop up (using string translation) to query the user to
continue.
Patch attached. Should work against SVN/trunk just fine.
