	What do you all think of this survey format, as opposed to the
standward version?  especially the left justify, and lettered question
choices...
	I am considering submitting it for addition into the main
program...

Looks very nice.  Did you make any code changes to produce?

As soon as I get some...any! feedback from the ADODB patch I posted
previously I'm planning on changing the survey output to produce a nice
validating CSS/XHTML format.  This should allow much greater flexibly to
folks that have requested varying layouts.
