[phpesp-dev] PEAR, Oracle and transactions

Based on what I've read about PEAR, it does support transactions with
Oracle.  Is the support no on par with ODBC?

The question, for me at least, is "how" does it do ? I've read the 
documentation and there's nothing explicit about it.

(if it would, I'd be _glad_ because I could contiue to help the phpCommunity a 
bit).
