[phpesp-general] After logging in, clicking links in admin panel does nothing

<font face="Arial">I am trying to figure out what is going on with the
admin panel.&nbsp; I go to the correct URL, login with my LDAP information
(it's setup that way), and it displays the admin links.&nbsp; When I click
on them, it looks like this "../survey/admin/manage.php?where=results"
but doesn't actually change the way the page looks.&nbsp; It does this in
both IE and Firefox and I think Safari.&nbsp; I'm not aware of any changes
to the webserver nor the installation.&nbsp; Any help please?<br>
