[phpesp-general] Form Spam

Sorry if this is posted twice, but I sent an email to the list earlier
and I didn't get it in my own inbox like I usually do so I'm trying it
again...

I'm starting to get form spam in my survey responses. Does anyone know
how  to avoid this?
