[phpesp-general] Can't add more answers

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a survey with 2 questions and it seems I can't 
create more than 4 answers for the second question. When I try to click 
on "Add another answer line" I get a javascript error in IE 7 and 
Firefox 2.x. Is this a known bug?
