 I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by disk subsystem.  MySQL and PHP 
were came with the server, so I would say they were default installs.  
I'm not sure what to look for there.

Could it be sendmail?  I think the teacher who set up the survey had it 
going to two email addresses at the same time.  I've heard horror 
stories about sendmail.  Thank you for your help.
