[phpesp-general] Calculate Survey Response

Hi

Could anyone please direct me to the correct file or give me an approach on
how I should do this?

Instead of directing a user to a page, I would like to direct the user to a
result page.  The result page would calculate the score of the answers.

I have some ideas on how to do this but I would just like to get a general
idea before i start.
