Hi everyone. For historical purposes (ok, laziness about changing something on a production box) I am running 1.6.1. This week the authentication broke and I am unable to log in. Public surveys appear to be working still, but none of us are able to log in (we loop back to the login). I was wondering if there is a reason that I would break under php 4.4.2? When I eventually get around to cancelling the login I get a [ Incorrect User ID or Password, or your account has been disabled/expired. ] message. I know that it is actually the correct u/p and we never expire anything, so I am confused. And lets assume that it is time for me to go to php 5.x.x and I need to upgrade to 1.8.2 -- I can log in and do everything in the shell to get it ready, but can anyone familiar with the process let me know if I will run into a problem because the login is failing? My hope is that upgrading to 1.8 and switching to 5.x will magically make the login problem go away. Thanks, --chris /////\\\\\/////\\\\\ Christopher G.
