[phpesp-general] Default username and password?

I am recovering from a robbery last year which exposed holes in my backup
system. Fortunately my survey was online. I am trying to access the
manage.php and can't find the default username and password (admin & ?) in
the documentation, I did find it previously I think but can't see it now
sorry. I don't think I changed the default. What are the defaults please so
I can get into my survey results.
