[phpesp-general] Exploit fixes and other stuff

Hi All,

Just a couple of general questions.

1) I came across this exploit originally identified by Secunia, the site I
found it on said upgrade to 1.8 RC1 which I don't think exists at this time=
.
Has this exploit been fixed? How can I check my implementation to see if I
need the fix?

2) Is there a list of the tags allowed when creating surveys. I use about
four (<b><u><i><br/>) but wonder if there are more and if they are listed..=
