[phpesp-general] Can't populate as well

I am experiencing the same problem.

I am using xampp 1.5 install (Apache 2.0.55, MySQL 5.0.15, PHP 5.0.5)

The sql statments that have to do with timestamp are the culprit in 
my populate script (best guess).  I have read about a number of 
changes in mysql5.0  today I am going to update the syntax per those 
syntax changes.
