[phpesp-general] CSV download error

After using phpESP for a couple of years, I have gotten an error that =
occurs
when I try to download a survey results text file:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in
F:\wwwroot\home\survey\admin\admin\include\function\survey_export_csv.inc=
 on
line 112

I haven't noticed anywhere in the php.ini where that 30 second timeout =
is
set.

Knowing the survey id, is it possible to use an SQL statement to extract =
the
data?  Can someone share that with me?
