Even if it was (though it probably isn't since the
delivered db scripts create a database called phpesp),
it wouldn't matter becauase phpESP doesn't work with
php 5.  A fact which I again encourage the developers
to note in the INSTALL document in the 1.7.5 and 1.8
packages.
