Hi Jim, Thanks for the help! I agree that this should have solved things, but it didn't. I did the same thing initially (actually cleared it), but this did not work. I still get the error: [ Incorrect User ID or Password, or your account has been disabled/expired. ] when I try to log in as root after this reset.
