[phpesp-general] To french?

I have installed and configured phpESP that is working good.
 
I have the administration pages in french (which is good since I'm french),
but when I send a link to our customers to fill a survey, they see the
"questions marked with *..." in english, also "other" and "submit..." All in
english
 
How to set them to french?
