[phpesp-general] Exporting Data

I am using PHPESP running on Apache 1.3 on Netware.  I have the program
installed and it seems to be working fine.  I can create a survey, and fill
it in; however, the export function is not working.  I click on download and
it displays error on page at the bottom of the browser.  I looked at my
phpESP.ini.php file and there is not line that support the export function.
How do I make this work?
