[phpesp-general] installing when only have permissions in single given database

I am not sure this got sent to the list (i never got a copy), when I
posted it before, so I am resending it, apologies if it's a dup.

I am trying to setup phpesp. I have mysql permisisons at my isp but do
not have permissions to create a new database however I can create
tables in my own database.which they have assigned to me.

Looking at the mysql_create script presumably I can chnage things to
use my database instead of phpesp. But it then adds a user to the
mysql database....

Any way I can make this work?
