[phpesp-general] can't test remotely; can't submit the test survey.

Have set up a test survey and am trying to test it remotely - I mostly can but 
there's a funny behavior in that at each submission, phpesp asks me to log in 
again before it gives me the next page - it seems as tho it's not keeping a 
session open for me.

Also, it does not allow me to submit the survey. At that point it gives me the 
infamous [ Incorrect User ID or Password, or your account has been 
disabled/expired. ] (but allows me to log in again using the same login/pass 
and again takes me to the untouched test survey.
