[phpesp-general] running mysql_create script when only have permissions in single database

[boardtc <bo...@gm...>]

I am trying to setup phpesp. I have mysql permisisons at my isp but do
not have permissions to create a new database however you can create
tables in your database.

Looking at the mysql_create script presumably I can chnage things to
use my database instead of phpesp. But it then adss a user to the
mysql database - which I do not have permissions for. Is there any way
to get around this?
