[phpesp-general] Idea: Problem installaing phpESP

Hi,

I just found a "solution" for my problem, using another mysql-account with
more rights and no password at all (okay, but it's only for local
testing...).
My machine runs WindowsXPpro with SP2, test.php works just fine. Does this
help?
