[phpesp-general] phpESP 1.7.2 and SSL

Hello,
   We have installed 1.7.2 and implemented SSL use. All works well except 
the download of a CSV file of responses. From Internet Explorer 6.0 I 
receive the messages:

"Internet Explorer cannot download ...header& ..."

"Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested 
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

Has anyone else encountered this response and discovered a resolution?
