[phpesp-general] phpESP database schema

I am interested in doing a direct database extract of survey response data into
another database.  Is there a schematic diagram of the database design for
phpESP available that would illustrate the table relationships?  I'm using
mysql query generator tool to explore the database, but I can't figure out some
of the relationships between the response types and question tables..
