[phpesp-general] Eample of Authentication needed

Hi,

I'm trying to get authentication working with a phpESP on a Win
XP/Apache environment. I am having trouble getting it to work, even
after looking at the example, because it is for a linux/unix
environment.

When it says (after setting up a private survey) "You must use
handler-prefix.php & handler.php when using private surveys." I could
"really" use an example that someone is using Windows environment.
