[phpesp-general] What do I change the survey report for a Rating question

Currently I have a rate 1 to 4 questions with no N/A. What we get in
the report is a number like 1.7.

What I want is the % that responded 1, the % that responded 2, etc.

Where do I look and what I might change.

I'm learning PHP here but I know a bit of SQL.
