[phpesp-general] Export CSV in Hebrew

Hi, 

 

When trying to export the results of the survey to CSV format the Hebrew
questions are shown as numbers (the hard coded questions not the responses
which are text boxes).

I'm unable to perform advanced statistics operations on these results.

Is there a way to export the CSV in Hebrew? What should be changed to do so?
