[phpesp-general] help installing version 1.3- blank screen!

I have been trying to install version 1.3 for a few days now and am =
having no joy with it at all.
I have followed all the instructions and all i get is a blank screen...=20
I have set the paths in the phpESP.ini file as:
'c:/program files/apache group/apache2/htdocs/phpESP/'



I have checked the source code and it is totally blank...

Can anyone help me regarding this?
