[phpesp-general] Need help with "Not Acceptable" Error

I have installed phpESP with "Fantastico" and everything works on the
Management Interface except for the "Manage Groups"

I get this error when I click on it:

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource
/survey/admin/manage.php could not be found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.Myhost.com Port 80

Any clues why?????
