If you're looking for shared hosting that is cheap and reliable: http://pixiehost.com/services.php?c=shared $6.95/mo 600 MB $9.95/mo 900 MB etc. I asked them to install things like perl modules and emacs and both times they did it (server wide) same day. In 4 months I've seen the site be a little sluggish, so you might get better response times from another provider.
