That warning will be removed when 1.7 releases.  I can't say 100% for
sure nothing will break with this release as every DB query has been
touched/changed to support ADODB.  We've been running it here for a few
months with little problems.  It would be a good idea to dump your mysql
phpESP DB before you install this release.
