[phpesp-general] tekst formatting and rating scale editting

Great package, but I have two questions.

-          Is it possible to format the text in the survey? Specifically the
text in General/Additional info or the Section Tex. tFor now, all text is
displayed as one big row, without any spaces. Is it possible to start on a
new line for example and make the text more readable?
-          This question has been asked before, but I didn’t see an answer.
Is it possible to change the label of the rating scales? Now it’s only
1,2,3.. etc, but I would like to have a label like poor, good, excellent
etc. added to it.
