[phpesp-general] Installation problems.

Hi, I am installing PHPEsp onto an Windows NT server on an  Apache 2.0
web server. I have installed PHP and MySql .
I have followed the INSTALLING PHPESP notes and I am up to CONFIGURING
PHPESP
2. Creating databases
I am not sure how to run Mysql from the command line or build the
database.


Could you please help me.

I have enclosed the output when you  test the phpEsp using
http://your-server/phpESP/admin/test.php  which is saved as a pdf
file
