[phpesp-general] shared hosting config

Hi,

A year or so ago I installed phpESP on a client's website (a standard 
shared PHP/Mysql hoster, NOT a standalone in-house server ). As I recall 
I had to change a ton of paths, etc, to get it working - is it (the 
latest phpESP code) still this way? If it is, is there an FAQ out there 
somewhere that details the latest procedure?

Barring that, does anyone know if there's another PHP web survey tool 
out there that supports shared hosting arrangements by default?
