[phpesp-general] Migrating phpESP to another server

Hi:
I have to move my phpESP(v4.3.1) running in one server to another
server hosted by a new ISP.

I'm trying to figure out how I  am going to move survey (active and archived)
 to my new server without losing any survey data.
1. Do I have to just dump the MySQL DB (export) and just import
it in the new server, 
2. Then change my URL for the Survey.

Is it that simple!
Does anyone have any suggestions/Howtos on how to do this?
