The only way i see that i can accomplish this is by creating a user and
setting the group to superuser.  However this gives access to all surveys=
.

Are there any plans to set it up so a user can be the moderator of
multiple groups? or members of multiple groups?

If not, is this something that other users have expressed interest in?
