Initial Comment:
I just upgrade from 1.82 to 2.01.  I did the database upgrade.  Saved old version to another folder.  Created same folder name for new version and update the phpESP.ini.php to reflect my old setting.

The program runs, but when I try to add or edit a survey I get this error on the top of the screen->

[ Warning, error encountered. [ 1054: Unknown column 'auto_num' in 'field list' ] ] 


Please advise on a path to take.  Thanks Chuck
