Initial Comment:
Numeric questions accept alphabet, doesn't give you an
error, just won't save them.

Repro
1) create question with numeric types
2) enter "G123", submit
3) page submitted without any error message
4) when you look at the report, you get only "123"

fixed in latest version, but anyway: what do you expect when entering
letters in a numeric question type?
