[phpesp-dev] CSV Export in IE with 1.8

I had a user report to me this morning that they were unable to export
surveys in IE using version 1.8.  I have confirmed this too.  A error
window pops up that says "Internet Explorer was not able to open this
Internet site.  The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found.  Please try again later.".

Has anyone else had this issue?  Is this fixed in the cvs?
