Initial Comment:
'Clear all answer lines' does not clear any answer line. 
The text for the previous question remains. I could not 
replicate this behaviour using the 'demo' site referenced 
on the Bugs page. Selecting 'Add another answer line' 
does clear all answers as well as adding a line.
