[phpesp-dev] Gui Redesign Plans

Gui Redesign has been on the todo list for quite some time now.  Is 
there a road map for this?  Here is a snapshot of the redesign we have 
been using here at UW-Whitewater:

We will be making an upgrade jump from phpESP 1.6.1 to either 1.7.5, or 
the latest cvs in the coming week.  I will most likely end up re-editing 
the design to ensure it is crisp and clean.  If I edit in such a way 
that it is for the post part editable via css styles, would there be any 
interest into adopting this layout/look?  Thanks!
