when i go to Copy an Existing Survey i still see the
surveys that i deleted. so i can't make a copy, delte
it, make another copy, delete and so on...

anyway i would like to see disappear forever a survey
that i deleted, else i want to "deactivate it", or
"archive" it. delete = erase, make it disappear
forever, i see no way to completely remove a survey.
