Hello,

I just thought i would set forth my ideas for what features i am going 
to add into phpesp, and see who is interested.  I am in the process of 
installing and configuring phpesp for server wide use from a shared 
hosting enviroment.  The server is running php 4.3.10 and mysql 4.1.8, 
and so far everything has installed with minor problems.  The mysql 
populate script does complain about the default timestamp values as 
being NONE.  Might be something to tidy up before the 1.7 release.  
Simply removing the default specifications fixed the problem

1) The ability to upload a style sheet and have it tied to the user account
2) Attempt to better integrate groups
