[phpesp-dev] Possible Survey Result Bug.

Greetings,

We are analyzing the results from a survey we have just ended.  There was
a question, of type radio button, with two possible answers of "Completed=
"
and "Did not enroll or complete".

When looking at the CSV file, it prints either """Yes""" or """No""".

There are also some entries that have "Com", "Comp","Did "

Any suggestions as to what may have occured? .. i am out of ideas.
