[phpesp-dev] Pick a survey

Every here and there, there is a possibility to pick a survey (fro reporting, 
testing, etc.)

I think that the list provided gives too much information. A "dumb" enduser 
doesn't care about a survey ID. Similarly, I don't see the point to give the 
group/owner name, if someone has no right to see someone else's work, that 
is, he'll just see his stuff.

So, I propose to simplify and abstract the "pick a survey" screens. I'll 
retain the original layout if the user is a "superuser". In that case, it is 
normal to provide as much information as possible.
