CVS exporter doesn't  distinguish between fields that

are named the same.

I think disallowing duplicate question names is the way to

go, but could break existing surveys.   How should we handle

that?

I've added code to survey_update to prevent duplicate

question names from being used in a given survey which will

prevent this type of bug from reoccuring. If you think that

this is satisfactory then close this request.

If however you feel strongly about allowing duplicate names

and that the fix should be in the cvs export function then

please let me know and I'll look into it while I have a bit

of time on my hands.
