That brings up an interesting point.  Perhaps it would be cool to have 
some other import options.  So someone could just HTTP-upload a CSV file 
(with some predefined layout) that would populate various things.  Just 
a musing of mine.  Anyone else have any thoughts along that line?

(I still want to migrate to an XML representation for surveys, at least 
for import and export.)
